The main line of business for Positive Passing, LLC is providing funeral homes and other funeral care providers with Death Doula services, including website, payment processing, and e-commerce services (our “Clients”). CFS gathers and maintains personal data on users who visit and use particular services or features on our Clients’ websites in connection with the provision of these services (“End Users”). This Privacy Notice only relates to the collection and use of client and end user personal data by Positive Passing, LLC; it does not apply to the use of client personal data by Positive Passing, LLC.

Additionally, Positive Passing, LLC has an online presence that includes an e-commerce site that sells funeral supplies and associated items, and in connection with that, personal data may be gathered from users. The collection and use of personal information from CFS Users and other people who have direct contact with Positive Passing, LLC is also covered by this Privacy Notice.
